MAS and marche
MAS fieldtrip yesterday with the risk management club. went with vilia and melvin and saw some familiar faces.. it’s always the same old pple going for this kinda things. anyway we visited the currency house at pasir panjang and boy.. there’s like money everywhere and they even have a 9 storey storage place for all the money. 1 carton of $10000 bills total to 60 million.. oh my gosh.. we all felt like being thieves for a moment. but security was damn tight la.. cant even smuggle a coin out.
there was a one hour dreadful speech before our tour started.. one of the presenters was really lousy. he sounded like he jus woke up and mumbled into the mic. i think MAS looks like a nice place to work in but i’m aware too, of the stringent criteria 😦 sighhhh
oh then it was refreshments time and obviously this is the best time to network and exchange namecards.. can really see pple being damn enthu and bombarding questions.. i think all the pple there are like double spec finance and IT.. damn smart and into finance. sometimes i dun even know wad finance shit they are talking abt. i’ve got a fren who actually studied during the hols.. like hardcore.. ahhh!!
okay when we were finally dismissed.. went with melvin and vilia again to vivocity. haha.. guess he was appalled at how expensive girls’ stuff can get. wanted to buy this corset top from mango but all the sizes were gone!! urghhhhh. wads wrong with stupid mango.
it was dinner time and melvin went to join his nbs OG so vilia and I went to eat at MARCHE!!! yippeee.. it’s been ages since i ate thereeeee.
our very yummy crepe with tiramisu icecream:):) had rosti, grilled chicken and rootbeer too..yay!

met up with 67 peeps again last weekend for our annual class chalet:) many thanks to everyone who made this possible:)
we could see the pretty waters and hear the boats swishing abt from our chalet.. good view!
